A two to three-day onsite review of your organization's current state with respect to project and portfolio management and possible future direction. For existing Clarity users, a two-week assessment to assist in developing a roadmap for expanding the use of Clarity within the organization. Project Planning Our team develops detailed plans for your Clarity implementation as well as a long-term strategy. Our templated approach, which we refer to as our "Quick Start" methodology, provides for rapid start-up and facilitates pilots.  We will get your users working right away with essential Clarity functionality, tailored to their specific needs. We utilize a "stage theory" approach that allows organizations to mature in their use of Clarity over time. Architecture and Design Axis leverages Clarity's flexible architecture as well as BI tools to design solutions that meet customers' unique requirements.  We have significant experience implementing and working with partitioned environments.  Partitioning allows multiple entities within a large organization to use the system; yet each can have its own unique look and feel.  This allows the cost of Clarity to be distributed across multiple organizations sharing a single environment. As a Business Objects Gold Partner, we are well-positioned to support customers who would like to leverage their Business Objects investment.  Datamarts can help make data more accessible and available for ad hoc reporting.  We leverage our BI expertise to design and build a datamart that meets your needs. We have an ever increasing inventory of reports, supplementing those included with Clarity.  We can help identify the right report for your needs and customize where appropriate.  Most of the hard work has been done already and we can provide the best value for your money.
